Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring all components are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Ship and Refund
Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
